ruins. sense of place
2021

For me, ruins are a space in which the past does not end, they exist as a way of reflection, nostalgia and melancholy, their incomplete form provides an outlet for imagination and interpretation. This incompleteness can be seen as synonymous with instability or an open structure that guarantees its presence in the future, because the process of disappearance and transformation is almost endless.

Stoneware, porcelain, low firing clay, metal oxides, ceramic pigments, foam blocks, bricks. Variable dimensions.
